Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Mettlevouch website or join its list. Please read them, along with the risk disclosure.
Who we are
This site is published by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, company number 14209581, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company and "Mettlevouch" is the name of its rule-based trading software.
Acceptance
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be at least 18 years old.
What we provide
We provide information about our software and a way to register your interest. Accounts are opened with an executing broker, not with us.
No advice, no broker services
We are a software vendor and marketing affiliate. We are not a broker and we do not hold client money. Nothing on the site is investment, tax or legal advice or a personal recommendation. Your trading decisions are yours.
Risk
Trading forex, CFDs and crypto carries a high risk of losing money, including all of it. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Past performance and simulations are not a guide to the future. You accept that risk if you trade. Please read the risk disclosure.
Joining the list
Joining is free. When you submit the form you confirm that the details are yours and correct, and you agree to the consent wording shown beside the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
Availability
Availability depends on where you are. Access is restricted in some countries, and the position can change without notice. We may refuse or end access where we cannot lawfully offer the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to submit someone else's details, to send automated or repeated submissions, to probe or attack our systems, or to copy the site in a way that suggests it is us. Our only official domains are mettlevouch.co.uk and www.mettlevouch.co.uk.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design and software are ours or used with permission. You may read it and share links to it, but you may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, such as Companies House and sources named on our review page. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
Information on this site
We take care to keep the site accurate and say where a fact comes from, but we give no promise that it is complete or current. Illustrations, charts and calculators are educational and are not live data or predictions.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, for losses caused by a broker or other third party, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. The software is provided as described and you use it at your own risk.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, for keeping your own devices and email secure, and for checking that you are allowed to use the site where you live. You are responsible for every decision you make about trading and for any tax that arises from it.
Third-party brokers
If a broker is listed here, it is an independent business. Its terms, fees and protections are its own, and any contract you make with it is between you and the broker. Listing a broker is not an endorsement and not a statement that it is right for you.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove access to the site or the list, for example where we suspect abuse, where the law requires it, or where we can no longer offer the service in your country. Where we can, we will tell you why.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by things beyond our reasonable control, including outages of internet, hosting, broker or market services.
General
If a part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the documents they point to are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.

Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the version on the site is the current one. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you may also have rights under the law of the country where you live.
