About
Who is behind Mettlevouch, and how we are paid
Who is behind Mettlevouch? A registered company in London, and the answer matters more than any marketing. This page says who we are, what the software is, where your money sits and exactly how we are paid.
Our mission and method
Our mission is narrow. We help people who already want to trade by rules to put a hard limit on what one trade can cost. Our method is to write that limit down first, before any rule, so that it still holds when emotions run high.
We would rather lose a sign-up than make a promise we cannot keep. Read the platform review to see how we test ourselves.
What the software actually is
Mettlevouch is rule-based trading software. You write the rules, you choose the risk per trade, and the software sends orders to your broker account when your conditions appear. It does not predict prices and it is not artificial intelligence.
A rule might say: enter when price closes above its twenty-day average, risk one per cent of the balance, and place the stop below the last low. Another might say: do nothing on Fridays. The software does not judge whether a rule is wise.
The company's legal name contains the word Quantum. The software does not use quantum computing.
Who is behind Mettlevouch
Mettlevouch is published by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, company number 14209581, registered at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We name the company rather than individuals here because the register is the part you can check yourself.
Look the company up on Companies House. A registered company exists; that is all registration shows. It is not approval from a financial regulator.
Where your money sits
Not with us. Mettlevouch never holds, receives or transfers client money. Any trading money would sit with an executing broker licensed for your country, under that broker's terms and protections.
That is why the first question to ask any broker is how it protects client money, and what happens if it fails. Brokers are regulated differently in different countries, and the protection you get depends on where you live and which entity you sign a contract with.
How we make money
We are a software vendor and marketing affiliate. We receive rebates and referral fees from partner brokers. You never pay us to join.
That is a conflict of interest. A broker that pays us could be one you would not otherwise choose, which is a reason to compare brokers yourself, ask hard questions and read the risk disclosure before you deposit.
What we do not do
- We do not hold your money.
- We do not give personal advice or tell you what to trade.
- We do not promise profit, or show profit screenshots, ratings or testimonials.
- We do not name a broker until it is genuinely listed here.
- We do not ask for passwords by email or message.
How we think about trust
Trust should be checked, not claimed. So we publish the company number, the registry link, our support hours, the sources and dates behind every comparison, and the places where the software falls short. If we cannot show it on the site, we do not say it.
We also avoid false urgency. There is no countdown on this site, because nothing here is closing.
When something goes wrong
Email [email protected]. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and explain what happens next. We cannot reverse a trade placed at your broker, but we can look at what the software did and tell you plainly. More on the contact page.
