Mettlevouch support is by email, in plain English, during set hours. This page tells you what to include, how complaints work and how to report a fake website.
Before you write
Tell us which page you were on, what you expected and what happened. Never send a password, a full card number or a copy of your passport by email. We will not ask for them.
Many answers are already on the questions list and in the review.
What we can and cannot answer
We can explain how the software works, what the forms do with your details, where a fact on this site comes from and where the list stands. We cannot give personal advice, tell you what to trade, see or change your broker account, or recover money lost in a trade.
Mettlevouch support hours
Email [email protected]. We answer Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time, which is five days a week, not around the clock. Messages sent outside those hours wait until we are back.
Complaints
Email [email protected]. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days, look into it and tell you in writing what we found. If you remain unhappy you may be able to take the matter to the regulator or ombudsman for the executing broker involved, which depends on your country.

Report a fake website or fraud
Our official domains are mettlevouch.co.uk and www.mettlevouch.co.uk. Anything else, on any extension, is not us. If you find a site, advert or message that uses our name, email the address, a screenshot and the date to [email protected]. If you have already paid money, contact your bank first, then the police or your national fraud service.
