Review
Is Mettlevouch legitimate? Our review of the software
Is Mettlevouch legitimate? It is a real company with a registry number, selling software that follows your rules, and it carries every risk that trading carries. This review is published by Mettlevouch itself, so it is not independent. Treat it as a checklist, not a verdict.
Is Mettlevouch legitimate? The short answer
Legitimate does not mean safe. The company exists, the site says who runs it, and nothing here asks you to hand money to us. But trading forex, CFDs and crypto can lose you everything, and no review, ours included, changes that.
What we can offer is evidence you can check, and honesty about what is missing.
How we wrote this
We wrote it ourselves, from our own product and from public pages we retrieved on the dates shown below. We did not test any other firm's software, so we make no claim about whether it is better or worse than ours. Where a fact was not published, we write that it was not published rather than guess. Nobody outside the company edited this page.
We also set ourselves rules for writing it. Every claim has to be provable on this site. We use no ratings, no testimonials and no screenshots of profit. We do not use promises of safety or certainty, because they are not true of trading. If a sentence breaks those rules, it is a mistake, and we want to hear about it.

What it is not
It is not a broker, so it cannot open an account or hold your money. It is not an adviser, so it will not tell you what to trade. It is not artificial intelligence and it does not use quantum computing, despite the word in the company's legal name. And it is not a source of income you can count on.
What it does
You write rules, such as when to enter and where to place a stop. You set the share of your balance you will risk on one trade. The software sizes each order so that a loss at your stop stays inside that limit, sends it to your broker account and offers one control that halts new orders.
It does not scan the market for ideas, it does not copy other traders and it does not adjust your rules behind your back. Everything it does can be traced to a rule you wrote. That is all. Consistency is the product. Being right is still up to you, and the how it works section on the home page shows the idea.
Fees, honestly
The software costs £0. Our income comes from rebates and referral fees that partner brokers may pay us, which is a conflict of interest. The costs you will actually feel are the broker's: spreads built into prices, commission with some brokers, overnight financing and withdrawal fees. The broker also sets the deposit, which we expect to be from $250 AUD (or £250 GBP / €250 EUR / $250 CAD / $250 NZD / $250 SGD). Where a broker does not publish a fee, we will say so.
A fair way to compare costs is to ask what ten small trades would cost in spreads and fees, and what one withdrawal would cost. If a broker cannot answer that in plain figures, keep looking.
Withdrawals
You withdraw from the broker, not from us, because we never hold your money. Brokers check identity, send funds to a bank account in your name and may charge a fee. Ask for the timings in writing before you deposit, and test with a small withdrawal early rather than a large one late.
Look also for conditions attached to bonuses or promotions, because some brokers tie withdrawals to trading volume. If a broker's terms are hard to find or hard to understand, treat that as an answer.
The unglamorous bits
Orders can fill at a worse price than expected, especially in fast markets. Stops are not promises. Platforms and internet connections fail. A rule that has a typo will follow the typo faithfully. Support is by email during working hours, so a problem at night waits until morning. None of this is exciting, and all of it is the reason to start small.
There is also the human side. Rules are easy to write when markets are calm and hard to leave alone when you are losing. The halt control exists because people sometimes want to stop. Using it is not failure. Changing rules in the middle of a losing run, to chase the money back, is how small losses become large ones.
Executing brokers and their loss rates
Many regulators require brokers to publish the share of retail accounts that lose money on leveraged products. When a broker is listed here we will show its published figure, with the source and the date.
| Country | Broker | Regulator and licence | Loss rate | Costs and withdrawals |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Australia | IG Australia Pty Ltd No crypto CFDs | ASIC, licence AFSL 515106 Check the register | Not published on this site yet. Read the broker risk disclosure (PDF) before you open an account. | Fees Withdrawals |
How other platforms compare
Below are three well-known names, with what their own pages said when we retrieved them. It is a comparison of published facts, not of results. Where it is not published, we say so.
| Name | What it is | Cost, as published | Source and date |
|---|---|---|---|
| MetaTrader 5 (MetaQuotes) | Trading platform provided to clients by brokers | Platform price not stated on the page we read. Robots, indicators and virtual servers are bought or rented. MetaQuotes says it does not provide brokerage services. | Source |
| cTrader | Trading platform reached through brokers, with a store for add-ons | Platform price not stated on the page we read. Some store items are free. The page says the cTrader Store is not a broker. | Source |
| TradingView | Charting and analysis service | A free plan (Basic) and paid plans are listed. Essential was shown at $12.95 a month billed annually. Paid plans are Essential, Plus, Premium and Ultimate. | Source |
Limitations and risks
This review has limits. We wrote it about our own product. We have no audit report to show you, no user numbers and no reviews, and we will not make any up. The software has no track record you can look at, because we do not publish returns. The risks are those of leveraged trading: you can lose the whole deposit, and with some brokers more than that. Read the risk disclosure in full.
Who should not use it
Do not use it if you cannot afford to lose the money, if you are borrowing to trade, if you want someone to choose trades for you, or if anyone has promised you a return. Do not use it if you are under 18.
How to judge any trading platform
- Find the company on an official register, and check the number yourself.
- Ask who holds the money and what protects it.
- Ask for every fee in writing.
- Distrust any promise of returns.
- Try a small withdrawal early.
- Walk away from pressure.
Our registration page has a longer list of questions for a broker.
Verdict
Mettlevouch is a registered company offering software that does what it says and no more, with a conflict of interest that we state openly. Whether it suits you depends on whether you accept the risk of trading at all. If you do, start small and ask us anything. If you are unsure, wait.
If you spot something on this page that you cannot check, or that you think is wrong, write to [email protected]. We would rather correct a sentence than defend it.
